The organization's staffing table includes the number of personnel and the list of positions, as well as the salary of each employee. When specifying the latter, you should be more careful, since labor legislation provides for a different procedure for accounting for full wages, as well as part-time wages.
It is necessary
- - staffing table;
- - personal documents of the employee;
- - statutory documents of the enterprise;
- - order forms.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill in the staffing table in accordance with the adopted statutory documents of the enterprise. Approve the finished document by order of the director. Place an approval stamp in the right corner of the timetable, indicating the number, date, relevant executive document, and the number of company personnel. Issue an order to amend the staffing table. Confirm in it the hiring of an employee at a tariff rate of 0, 5. Usually, external or internal part-time workers are issued on such conditions.
Step 2
Issue an order to amend the staffing table. Confirm in it the hiring of an employee at a tariff rate of 0, 5. Usually, external or internal part-time workers are issued on such conditions.
Step 3
Draw up an order for personnel in any form. Indicate the name of the company and its location. Number the document and put the current date. As the subject of the order, indicate the introduction of changes to the current staffing table, for example, due to the introduction of a new position. Start the administrative part by specifying the appropriate position. Mark the size of the tariff rate, indicate the personal data of the employee who is being issued for the corresponding position. Familiarize with the order the personnel service and the head of the department in which the position of the employee being hired is introduced. Certify the administrative document with the personal signature of the company's head.
Step 4
Make the necessary changes to the schedule based on the order. Please note that the staffing code, form number and document name should remain unchanged. Enter the new code only for the new position and place it in the appropriate department. Here also write the title of the position and the tariff rate in monetary terms. Remember that it should not be the minimum wage established by legal acts. If necessary, indicate in a separate column the allowances, bonuses and other remuneration provided for in the collective agreements of the enterprise.
