Step 2

If you choose the so-called "simplified tax system" (STS), it is easier to apply for the transition to this taxation system immediately along with the application for registration as an individual entrepreneur. Download and fill out the application form for registration as an individual entrepreneur from this page: https://www.nalog.ru/gosreg/reg_fl/form_indpr/. If you are afraid of misunderstandings, take ready-made application forms directly from the tax authority at your place of residence and fill them out there, focusing on the posted samples. If necessary, consult with the tax office.
Attention, all applications should be made in two copies: one you will keep for yourself, the other - in the tax authority.
Step 4
Make photocopies of your TIN and civil passport - pages with a photo and registration. Take these photocopies and original documents, a receipt for payment of the state duty, completed applications for registration and the transition to the simplified tax system (if you have already filled them out) and submit them to the tax office at your place of residence.
Step 5
Wait 5 working days and take your certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur and an extract from the USRIP from the tax office. If you cannot collect these documents in person, wait for the tax authorities to mail them to you.
