There are cases in life when an apartment, house, car or other property belonging to a husband, his wife needs to be re-registered as herself. In order to do this, there are several possible options: execution of a donation agreement, conclusion of a sale and purchase transaction, re-registration by a court decision.
Instructions
Step 1
Obtain permission from all homeowners to donate or sell it and have them certified by a notary.
Step 2
Update technical documents for housing. To do this, contact the BTI to call a technical employee of this organization, who will inspect and measure the housing. Based on these data, the BTI will issue a new plan and an extract from the cadastral passport.
Step 3
Draw up a donation or sale contract with a notary on the basis of the collected documents. In this case, the notary draws up an act of acceptance and transfer of housing of the corresponding form.
Step 4
Contact the center for a single registration of real estate transactions with the agreement and the act. At the center, after examining the documents, you will receive a certificate of ownership issued in your name.
Step 5
Read the rules of inheritance if you need to re-register your husband's home in the event of his death.
Step 6
Contact the notary office with your passport, marriage certificate, death certificate, a certificate from the housing office indicating all tenants registered in the apartment at the time of the death of your husband, documents on the ownership of housing.
Step 7
Obtain a certificate of inheritance from a notary six months after the death of your husband and issue a certificate of ownership at the registration center.
Step 8
In order to reissue the car, certify the deed of gift or purchase and sale in a notary office. To do this, you need to have with you passports (yours and your husband's), documents for the car.
Step 9
Contact the Department of Justice for registration of rights to real estate and transactions with them, having with you the documents for the car and the contract, certified by a notary. Within 30 days after registering the transaction, you will be issued a certificate of ownership of the car.
Step 10
Re-register the car by inheritance in the same manner as real estate.
