Read the rules of inheritance if you need to re-register your husband's home in the event of his death.

Contact the notary office with your passport, marriage certificate, death certificate, a certificate from the housing office indicating all tenants registered in the apartment at the time of the death of your husband, documents on the ownership of housing.

Step 7

Obtain a certificate of inheritance from a notary six months after the death of your husband and issue a certificate of ownership at the registration center.

Step 8
