Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. First, make sure you already have your tax number. If you are already engaged in work, most likely, the number already exists and you can immediately proceed to obtaining information about it. But if you are not sure, open the service.nalog.ru/zpufl/ page and learn how to register a TIN. This can be done in three ways: through a personal visit to the tax authority, by sending a registered letter by mail, and also directly online.
Step 2
Run the page "Accounting for individuals" if you have a registered TIN. At the bottom of the page you will see the link "Find out your TIN". Click on it and get ready to enter your personal data. You will need a passport, from which you must indicate the series and number, the date of issue of the document and the institution responsible for this, date and place of birth, as well as some other information. Currently, it is possible to check the TIN and other documents, for example, a birth certificate. Foreign citizens are encouraged to choose a passport of another country, a residence permit or a temporary residence permit in Russia.
Step 3
Enter captcha - a combination of the indicated numbers to protect against robotic systems and click "Send request". After a while, at the bottom of the page, you will see your TIN.
Step 4
This site also allows you to find out the TIN of other individuals or legal entities by their passport and other data. To do this, you must enter information about yourself and the other person. In this case, the service will only show data on whether the specified person has a TIN. To find out the full number, you will need to personally come to the tax office, present your passport and a copy of the passport of another individual, as well as a document certifying the authority of the representative. In addition, you will need to pay 100 rubles and receive a receipt.
