Every person, regardless of country, may need to file a complaint with the authorities. The reasons can be very different, but no matter how important the reasons are, you need to complain correctly. Otherwise, counting on a solution to the problem is problematic.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website of the ministry to which you are going to file a complaint. Then, after carefully reviewing all the headings of the site, you need to find the one that is responsible for communicating the ministry with the citizens of the country and allows them to leave their appeal or complaint. Do not worry if it turns out that the issue you are applying to is in the competence of a different ministry that you have already contacted. In such a case, employees who receive such a complaint are obliged to redirect it to the “correct” ministry.
Step 2
Fill out the form on the website for "receiving applications" especially carefully in order to avoid mistakes that could prevent the employees of the ministry from contacting you. You will need to indicate your personal data - full name, social status, as well as place of permanent work and actual place of residence, since the answer to your complaint should come exactly to this address. In addition, you should also provide an email address and a contact phone number so that you can easily contact you in case of such a need.
Step 3
State the essence of your complaint, as well as your requirements in the appropriate field, usually called "content of the appeal." Please note that your letter should be very literate, as this will undoubtedly play a role in resolving the issue, and thoughts should be expressed clearly and concisely. As far as possible, try not to use emotionally rich expressions, as this is an official appeal. In no case should you switch to threats, use profanity, because all this will not contribute to resolving the issue in your favor.
Step 4
Send your complaint not in electronic form, but in written by mail, if you have any materials that need to be submitted to the ministry for consideration. At the same time, you can find the address you need on the same website of the ministry. The response to your appeal should come within one month.
