The lease of vehicles is regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Chapter 34). In accordance with it, rental is possible with or without a crew. In the second case, transport is provided on a temporary basis for a fee without the provision of management services.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the documents. The basis for the lease of a vehicle is a written contract.
Please note that if you rent, for example, a boat, this does not mean at all that you will not be asked for an additional amount for using its bar, sun loungers on the deck and other additional options.
Step 2
Inspect the rented vehicle - it must be fully equipped and have all the necessary documents (registration certificate, insurance policy, etc.).
Step 3
The rent payment procedure is stipulated by the contract. Typically, it is a one-time or recurring payment. In some cases, it can be produced in the form of products, goods or services rendered, the cost of which is counted as rent.
Step 4
By agreement of the parties within the agreed time frame (no more than once a year), a change in the fee is allowed.
Step 5
When using a rented car as a means of manufacturing, selling products, buying and selling goods and providing services, the rent is treated as an expense in the ordinary course of business.
Step 6
Remember, too, that in case of late return of the rented vehicle, you are obliged to pay the lessor a penalty for each day of delay.
