Step 1
As with any employer, when applying for a job with an individual entrepreneur, an employee needs to write an application for acceptance for a position addressed to the first person of the company. In his cap, the employee enters the last name, first name, patronymic of an individual who is an individual entrepreneur, in accordance with an identity document, and also writes the last name, first name, patronymic of the person who holds the position of director.
In the genitive case, the employee writes his last name, first name, patronymic, address of the place of residence. In the content of the application after the heading, the citizen expresses his request for his admission to a certain position, structural unit. The specialist puts his signature and the date of writing the application.
Step 2
After considering the application for employment, the head of the company puts a resolution on it, in which he indicates the date from which the employee was accepted for the position, is signed.
Step 3
The first person of the organization issues an order for the hiring of this employee, who is assigned a number and date. In the content of the document, the director enters the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee accepted for the position, the date of employment, puts his signature, certifies with the seal of the enterprise.
Step 4
An employment contract is concluded with the employee, where the details of the individual entrepreneur and the employee's data are registered. On the one hand, as a specialist hired for the position, a citizen puts his signature and date, on the other, as an employer, the director of the company.

In the work record book of the hired employee, the personnel officer puts the number of the ordinal record, the date of hiring in Arabic numerals. In the information about the work, he prescribes the fact of acceptance, the name of the position, the structural unit, the name of the organization. The basis for the entry is the order for employment, the staffer indicates his number and the date of publication.
