The employer has a duty to formalize labor relations with employees in accordance with the law, therefore, keeping work books is necessary. This rule also applies to individual entrepreneurs. This is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 132 of 2008-01-03.

It is necessary

  • - work book, if it was previously entered by the employee, or its blank form;
  • - seal of the organization;

  • - rules for keeping work books;

Instructions

Step 1

The employer needs to issue new work books, which is spelled out in the rules for maintaining them. But there is one peculiarity for individual entrepreneurs. The expenses for the purchase of the forms are borne by the employee who gets the book. It is allowed to collect money from an employee by depositing the required amount by a specialist directly into the cash desk of the enterprise or withholding money from the employee's salary.

Step 2

On the title page, the personal data of the employee is entered, which must correspond to the information specified in the passport, military ID or other identity document. Employee data (surname, name, patronymic) may not be shortened. Write them in full.

Step 3

Information about education is entered on the basis of the corresponding document (diploma, certificate). If an employee is studying by correspondence, that is, he has an incomplete education, then enter the details of the educational institution, faculty, and the like. Use the information from your student card or on the basis of a certificate from the institute.

Step 4

On the spread of the work book, entries are made about the admission, dismissal, transfer of the employee. In accordance with the legislative act of the Government that has come into force, an individual entrepreneur, like any company, must indicate the full name of the organization. It follows from this that abbreviations are not allowed. In some documents, for example, it is written "IP Sharonov D. B.", but in the work book write as follows: "Individual entrepreneur Sharonov Dmitry Borisovich."

Step 5

Make entries only on the basis of the relevant documents (order, protocol). Indicate their number, dates. Records of dismissal, transfer by dismissal to another company, certify with the seal of the organization, the signature of an individual entrepreneur or other responsible person.

Step 6

If you find an inaccuracy in the previous entries in the work book, try to find the previous employer who made the mistake. If this is not possible, then, based on the order of the company, correct the entry, and you cannot make strikethroughs. Write something like this: "Record number 5 is considered incorrect." Next, make the correct entry.
