Instructions
Step 1
The job description does not have an official format. But in order for it to be competent, it is necessary to adhere to a certain "template". This template is a description of all the qualities of the employee, including the negative ones. Before filling out, decide for yourself why you are writing a review. Do not forget that the characteristic differs significantly from the recommendation.
The process of filling out a review itself is like writing detailed answers about the qualities of an employee.
Step 2
First, give the name, patronymic, last name and date of birth of your former employee. In the same paragraph, indicate the level of his education (that is, all educational institutions that the employee graduated from and in which, possibly, continues his studies). Here you can also indicate the marital status of a subordinate, the presence of children.
Write the name of the organization from which this characteristic is given; indicate the position of the employee, describe the duties that he performed or is performing. List the positive qualities that the employee possesses, the level of his professional training, give information about achievements and awards. If the employee has completed professional development courses, please provide details of those courses.
Below, indicate the negative qualities of the employee, if any, describe the penalties and violations of discipline.
Step 3
In the final part of the characteristic, indicate the purpose of its compilation.
The characteristic must be signed by the head. In addition to the signature, it is recommended to indicate your contact information. This is necessary in case the addressee of the review has any questions for you. Verify the signature with the seal of your organization. Indicate the date of issue of the specification next to the seal and your signature.
Usually, a review is made in two copies. Hand over the original and leave a copy with your organization.
