Instructions

Step 1

The size of salaries, allowances, additional payments to employees of the organization must be contained in the collective agreement or local regulation of the company. In accordance with article 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, in order to reduce the salary, one of the employees should change the amount of salary for a specific specialist in one of the documents that regulate the amount of remuneration of employees.

Step 2

Draw up an additional agreement to the employment contract with the employee, indicate the amount of salary that he should be set. It should be borne in mind that the salary of a specialist is allowed to be reduced, but it cannot be lower than the minimum wage, which is established by regional legislation. This requirement is spelled out in article 133 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The director of the company has the right to sign on the part of the employer, certifies with the seal of the organization, on the part of the employee - the employee, to the contract with which an additional agreement is concluded.

Step 3

Make an order to make changes to the staffing table. In the administrative part of the document, enter the surname, name, patronymic of the employee, the name of his position, structural unit. Indicate the size of the salary to be set. Give the document a number and date. Certify the order with the signature of the head of the enterprise and the seal of the company. Familiarize the employee with the document against signature.

Step 4

Make the appropriate changes to the current staffing table in accordance with the order. Indicate the amount of the established salary for this employee. Write a notice to the employee's name. In the cap, write his last name, first name, patronymic, position. In the content of the document, indicate that his salary is reduced to a certain amount. The notification must be handed to the specialist two months before the actual date of entry into force of the order to amend the staffing table. Duplicate the document in two copies, one, on which the employee will personally sign, remains with the employer, the other - with the employee.
