Step 1
Suppose an employee came to work for you who found that there was no record of a transfer to another position in his work record. The mistake can be corrected not only at the enterprise where the transfer was made, but also in the organization where the employee is currently working.
Step 2
The specialist should write a statement to his employer about the possibility of entering a missed entry on the transfer to another position in his work book. The document must be signed by the director of the company. The employee must attach a document confirming the transfer to the application. To do this, he must contact his previous employer, who is obliged to issue him an extract or a copy of the transfer order, certified by the company seal and the signature of an authorized person.
Step 3
Based on the statement of a specialist, the head of the organization should issue an order, assign it a number and date. The subject of the document should be consistent with the omitted entry. Responsibility for the execution of the order must be assigned to the employee of the personnel service. The document must be certified by the signature of the sole executive body, the seal of the enterprise. Familiarize yourself with the order of the personnel officer and the employee to whom the missed entry will be entered in his work book.
Step 4
In the employee's work book, put the number of the ordinal record, the real date of its entry. It is not necessary to make any strikethrough or invalidation of previous entries if they are entered correctly and there are no grounds for this. Enter the name of the company where the mistake was made in the job details. Indicate the date of transfer in accordance with the extract or copy of the order. Write the name of the position to which the employee was transferred, as well as the fact of the transfer. Certify the record with the signature of the person responsible for accounting, storage and maintenance of work books, with the seal of your organization. Familiarize the employee with this record. He should be personally signed.
