Step 1
If there are several founders of the company, the constituent assembly decides on the dismissal of certain employees in the form of a protocol. The right to sign the document has the chairman of the board of founders and the secretary of the constituent assembly. The content of the protocol contains the name of the position that it was decided to reduce, the surname, name, patronymic of a particular specialist to be dismissed.

When the founder of the company is the only one, he makes the sole decision on the dismissal of the employee due to staff reductions. The document is signed by the director of the organization, certified by the seal of the company.

The first person of the company issues an order on the basis of a sole decision or minutes of the constituent assembly, assigns it a number and date. The order is signed by the head of the company, affixes the seal of the enterprise, and also imposes the responsibility on the personnel worker to familiarize with the administrative document the employee who should be dismissed due to staff reductions.
Step 4
The notice of dismissal is drawn up by a personnel officer in two copies, in the header of the document he writes the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee, the position he occupies in accordance with the staffing table. The notification is assigned a number and date.
