Unfortunately, all attempts to implement the coordinated work of all these structures have repeatedly failed. It is also necessary to provide all structures responsible for the rehabilitation of disabled people with a single information space, which requires the development and implementation of unified technologies. On the basis of this, a management system for the entire rehabilitation process as a whole will be developed.
Vocational rehabilitation of disabled people is extremely important, but it will not make sense without the subsequent guaranteed employment. Therefore, it is so important to coordinate the work of medical, educational and professional structures, considering them in a single complex. At present, the vocational guidance system is completely inapplicable to persons with disabilities. The Center for Social Design of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences has developed a new technology that makes it possible to determine the professional capabilities of a disabled person, to fulfill his professional orientation and direct him to receive an appropriate education at an expert level.
