In case of severe poisoning, call an ambulance. Be sure to keep all receipts for medicines and transport.
Step 3
With the results of the examination, contact the seller with a claim for reimbursement of expenses and moral damage.

If the seller by any means avoids receiving the claim, it can be served in the presence of witnesses. In this case, it is necessary to leave one copy to the store employee, preferably to the management, and make a note on the second copy that the claim was handed over in the presence of witnesses. And the witnesses must put their signature on the copy that remains in your hands.
Step 5
In case of refusal to pay, go to court. With the availability of the results of the examination, as well as with the conclusion of the doctor, it will be very easy to win the court.
