Teacher salary is an indefinite category. Due to changes in the legislation regarding the accrual of money for teachers, the amount of funds allocated for salaries in the budget has not changed. The system of distribution of these funds by recipients has changed.

Instructions

Step 1

Before the changes were made, the teacher's salary consisted of two parts. The first is a certain established tariff (the amount that directly depended on the qualifications of the teacher, his length of service, the number of hours in his subject). The second part is the above-tariff fund, payments from which were made for extracurricular work and other additional loads (responsibility for a certain cabinet, classroom management, etc.).

Step 2

Now the principle of paying teachers' salaries has changed. And it mainly depends on the intensity of work and the number of children in the class. All prices are based on a certain tariff rate, which is set on the basis of the categories of the Unified Tariff Schedule. It is calculated as follows: 18 hours a week for middle and high school, 20 hours for primary. Previously, these indicators were enough to accrue a certain amount. Now the teacher receives this amount only if he works with the same number of hours, but in addition, the occupancy of classes is also taken into account (20 people in the village, 25 in the city). This division of funds should distinguish active and inactive teachers. Active people will also be able to increase their wages through incentive payments.

Step 3

Incentive payments must be paid from a specially created incentive fund. They are distributed depending on the criteria for the quality of work. Each educational institution has its own criteria. As a rule, additional earnings are accrued to those teachers who have academic degrees, state awards or the title of "Honorary Worker", "Best Teacher", etc. The main condition is that these titles were received by them in the field of education. And, of course, additional money is paid to the teacher for the results of his work. This can be the quality of education among students of his class, and the preservation of the health of students, and the development of pedagogical creativity. Accordingly, the more a teacher does for the school and students, and for his own creative growth, the more his salary.

Step 4

With such a scheme for assessing the work of a teacher, you need to carefully look at which school the teacher works in. For example, the success of children in a rural school and children in an elite lyceum in the capital will be completely different. This means that the system of distribution of money is determined based on the parameters of the area. The rest of the criteria, such as the material equipment of the school, the technical capabilities of the teacher himself and many others, must also be taken into account when calculating the incentive part of the salary.
