Step 1

Step 2

Therefore, automatic translation after the termination of the main contract is not possible.

Step 3

Make changes to the part-time contract by drawing up an additional agreement to it. In this document, indicate that the employee is now not a part-time job, but a main employee. Also, in the agreement, write down the newly appeared conditions, for example, the work schedule (as a rule, it is reduced for a part-time worker), wages and other obligations and conditions.

Step 4

Please note that the supplementary agreement is drawn up in two copies, one of which remains with you, the second is transferred to the employee. This document must be signed by both parties, then it is sealed with a blue stamp of the organization's seal.

Do not forget to draw up an order for the transfer of an employee from a part-time job to the main place of work. After that, on the basis of the above-written administrative document, make changes to the work book, you can do this with the help of the entry: “The work on the condition of part-time job is terminated. Accepted to the position (indicate which one).
