Any construction should be legalized without fail as soon as possible. For these cases, Russian legislation has two options. The first is when the land plot is privatized and there are title documents for it, and the second option is when they are not. Step 1
Submit the documents for the land plot to the registration chamber, a certificate stating that the building is located inside it (take it from the main department of urban planning and architecture), fill out the declaration. According to Article 222 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, home ownership can be registered only when the rights to land are leased or owned. State registration is required only for those structures that are located within the city, and not in the territory that is considered nature conservation and reserved.

Go to court if there are no documents of title to the land plot. The difficulty lies in collecting all certificates and papers, since their validity is limited, and the next document is provided on the basis of the previous one. In addition, provide the court with the ownership of the house, an extract from the house book and personal account, the BTI plan, the technical conclusion for the construction, a certificate from the sanitary and epidemiological station, a certificate from the fire inspection, an act of land surveying.
Step 3
Write a statement of claim to the district court at the location of the home ownership. The plaintiff - you, the owner, the defendant - the city and district administrations, third parties - registered at the address indicated in the application. Make copies of the application and all documents that are attached to it, according to the number of persons who will be involved in the case. Pay the state fee, find out the payment details in court. Attach the original receipt to the statement of claim. You can submit the documents to the court in person or send them by mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Step 4
Confirm your claims in a preliminary interview with the judge to whom you will be summoned. After that, a court hearing will be scheduled.
