Step 1
Record of employment is made in the work book if a person has worked in the organization for more than 5 days and this work is the main one for him. At the same time, there is no need to focus on the urgent nature of the employment contract. As in the case of registration in the staff of an employee on a permanent basis, the human resources department or other department that is entrusted with this issue makes a title in the form of the full name of the company, assigns a serial number to the record, indicates the date, reflects the fact of hiring with an indication of the position and leads to as the basis for the order number.
Step 2
If, during the period of validity of the employment contract, the employee is transferred from one position to another or between departments, this is also reflected in the work book in a general manner, without focusing on the urgent nature of the contract. The same applies to incentives, the assignment of ranks and other information to be entered in the work book.
Step 3
When an employee is dismissed due to the expiration of the employment contract, the entry should look like this: "Dismissed due to the expiration of the employment contract, paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation." Otherwise, the procedure for its registration does not differ from dismissal on any other grounds.
