The work book requires a careful approach to filling out, as it is the main document that has information about the labor activity of an employee. The correct and correct filling of the work book is made by the person who is responsible for this. All entries must be made in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Labor.
First, on the title page, write the last name, first name and patronymic of the owner of the work book in full, without abbreviations. Enter your date of birth immediately. To fill out a work book without errors, write all dates and numbers in Arabic numerals. Specify the date in strict certainty: day, month, and then year.
Enter your education record on the title page only if you have documents confirming it (diploma, certificate, etc.). In addition to the full name, date of birth and education, on the title page, indicate the profession of the owner of the work book.
Put the date of filling out the book, after which the owner must put his signature, thereby agreeing with the data on the title page.
After specifying all the data on the title page, in addition to the signature of the owner, the signature of the person responsible for filling out the work record book and the seal of the organization must be affixed on it.
When filling out the "Job Information" section, first, in the third column, indicate the full name of the organization that accepts the job, and the abbreviated name, if any. Under the name of the organization, in the first column, put the serial number, and in the second, the date of hiring.
In the third column, write about admission to a specific division of the enterprise, indicating the position and qualifications.
In the fourth column, indicate the data on the order by which the employee was accepted, namely, his serial number and release date.
When dismissing an employee, in the first column, put the serial number of the entry, on the second date of dismissal, in the third - the reason for dismissal. In order to accurately fill out the work book, write the reason for the dismissal without abbreviations, indicating first the immediate reason for the dismissal, and then the article of the Labor Code providing for this case.
In the fourth column, indicate the data on the document that served as the basis for the dismissal of the employee, its number and date of creation.
