A work book is an important document containing information about an employee's work experience. For example, it is necessary when applying for a pension. And in order for the document to be valid, it must be filled out correctly. How to make an entry in the work book about the transfer of an employee?
It is necessary
- - employment history;
- - a pen;
- - seal of the organization;
- - order to transfer an employee.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the materials necessary to fill out the work book. It should be a round seal of the organization, as well as a blue ballpoint pen. The entire recording should be done with one hand and one paste color. You will also receive an order to transfer the employee to another position - you will record in accordance with it.
Step 2
Start filling out the work book. In the "Record number" column, indicate the appropriate number, taking into account all previous notes on employment, dismissal and transfer. In the "Date" column, indicate the date, month and year of filling out the document. In the section "Information on hiring" you need to write the phrase "Transferred to the position …", and then indicate the position that the employee will now occupy, as well as his structural unit - department or department - if it changes. Then the law is indicated in accordance with which the change of the employee's position is carried out. In the column "Name of the document on the basis of which the entry was made" indicate the number and date of the order.
Step 3
If the transfer is carried out not within the organization, but to another company, then the filling rules are somewhat different. In this case, it is necessary to indicate why the transfer was made. There are two options: "at the request of the employee" or "with his consent" (if the initiative belonged to the employer). The wording of the record should look like this: "Fired due to transfer to …", followed by the name of the organization where the employee goes to work.
Step 4
After entering in the work book, the entry must be certified with the seal and signature of the employee of the personnel department, as well as indicate his position and surname with initials.
