General Provisions

The obligation of the seller or manufacturer to make repairs, replacement of the purchased product or its components free of charge, is called a guarantee.

When faced with a low-quality product for which the warranty period has not yet expired, residents of Russia, according to the law on the protection of buyers' rights, have the legal right to demand replacement for the same product or a similar product, refund of the cost of the product or compensation for repair costs.

Return times for main types of goods

The beginning of the warranty period can be considered the date of purchase of the goods from the seller, unless an additional agreement has been concluded, where another date for the beginning of the warranty is stipulated. If it is impossible to establish the date of sale, the start time of the warranty period is the date of manufacture of the purchased product. For seasonal goods, the warranty period starts from the date of the onset of the corresponding season, which is determined by the subject of the federation, based on its climatic zone. In the absence of warranty obligations for the purchased product, the warranty period is considered to be 2 years from the date of purchase of the product, unless otherwise agreed. If the goods were delivered to the buyer not on the day of the conclusion of the sales contract or by mail, then the day of the start of the guarantee is the day of its receipt.

For the purchased product, if defects are found that were not specified in the purchase process, the buyer has the right, at his discretion, during the warranty period to replace the purchased product with the same one, exchange for a product with similar characteristics, recalculating the price difference, at a decrease the price of the purchased goods, for immediate repair or reimbursement of the costs of its implementation or full refund of the value of the goods.

Return times for technically complex goods

In the event of a claim from a buyer with a technically complex product, claims are accepted within 15 days, from the moment the goods are transferred to the buyer and the buyer has the right to demand:

- replacement for the same product;

- for a full refund for the purchased product;

- for a product similar in consumer qualities, with the recalculation of the price difference.

If a claim arises for the quality of the goods, after 15 days, the above cases are subject to satisfaction, in the event of the following cases:

- detection of a significant deficiency in the purchased product;

- violation of the established deadlines for the elimination of defects in the product;

- the inability to use the product for more than 30 days, in total, with the elimination of defects in the product in each year of warranty service.

Main warranty periods

The main warranty period is 2 years. If there is an additional agreement, the warranty period is set in accordance with the agreement.
