In order to implement your plans and projects as efficiently as possible, you need to know exactly what you want and act systematically. Often our day is simply overloaded with little things that wedge into our lives, and we have no opportunity to go about our business, because we are no longer able to share our goals and other people's desires.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to know that within one day there are only those goals that are assumed according to the implementation plan for that particular day. Days add up to weeks and weeks add up to months, and months add up to years.
Step 2
Form your global goals and write them down. Make a short plan to achieve them, in several steps. Separate the stages from each other in chronological order, dividing them by month.
Step 3
It turns out that every month you complete a certain part of the plan to achieve the goal. Therefore, each week you must plan very clearly what tasks you will face on each day of the week. Summarize each day based on these objectives.
Step 4
Each day should be devoted to solving a problem or part of it. It is this task that should be a priority over all the others, it is it that is an important matter that should not be postponed due to urgent ones.
Step 5
Urgent tasks will constantly try to wedge themselves into your daily routine, but you must either abandon them, or postpone their decision for a time following the solution of the main task.
Step 6
The schedule of the day can be drawn up in any form, the most important thing is that your tasks are completed in the first place, and then the turn of other things has come, which also require solution.
