Many people do not know that it is not at all necessary to write a job application. The fact is that Article 65 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation does not include a job application among the list of documents required to conclude a contract. Despite this, many organizations are asked to write a job application for employment. The legislation does not prohibit this. And although there is no officially established form for such an application, nevertheless, we will give some tips on how to write a job application.
Instructions
Step 1
If you were given a standard application form, where the main phrases have already been printed and space is left for personal data, then most likely there will be no problems with filling it out. However, if you have a blank sheet of paper in front of you, start writing your statement at the next heading. In the upper right corner, write the first two lines in a column: "To the director (name of the organization, full name of the head)" On the next line - your full name in the genitive case, below - your place of residence (registration).
Step 2
Below in the center of the line is the word "statement" with a small letter. We step back down another line and write: "I ask you to hire me for a position (the position is indicated according to the staffing table)."
Step 3
We put the number of the statement and the signature under the text.
Step 4
We check the text for errors and compare with the sample.
Director (name of organization)
(Full name of the head)
(Full name of the employee)
Residing at _
statement.
I would like to ask you to hire me for the position _.
(number) (employee signature)
