Step 1

An employee who wants to perform part of the job duties of a resigned or temporarily absent employee must write a statement addressed to the director of the company. In it, he should express his request to entrust him with the labor function of another specialist. He indicates the date from which it must be done, and the amount of the additional payment that he would like to receive for this work. On the document, the employee puts his signature and the date it was written. In case of consent, the director of the organization must put a visa in the upper left corner of the application, containing the date and signature of the head.

Step 2

Draw up an additional agreement with the employee to the employment contract, write down in it the fact of assigning the job duties of a resigned or temporarily absent employee. Indicate the date on which the specialist will combine professions. Write the amount of payment that will be the remuneration for the performance of the job function of the vacated position. Pre-familiarize the specialist with the professional duties of the vacancy, which are enshrined in the instructions. The employer has the right to cancel the combination at any time. He must notify the employee of his decision three days before the expected date. Certify the additional agreement with the signature of the employee combining positions, the signature of the director of the enterprise, the seal of the company.

Draw up an order, in the head of which write the name of the company in accordance with the charter or other constituent document. Give the order a number, date, enter the name of the city, town where the organization is located. The topic of the document in this case should correspond to the combination of professions. In the administrative part of the order, enter the surname, name, patronymic of the employee, the position he occupies. Indicate the amount of the additional payment in accordance with the additional agreement, the date from which the duties of the resigned or temporarily absent specialist should be assigned. Certify the document with the seal of the company, signature of the head or other authorized person.
