The name of the employing organization in the work book is entered in the third column of the work information section as a heading to the records reflecting the employee's career movements in a particular company. It must exactly match what is written on the seal of the organization. The order in which the title is corrected depends on whether there are other entries below. In any case, it is impossible to cross out entries in the work book.
It is necessary
- - work book of the employee;
- - fountain pen;
- - seal;
- - supporting documents.
Instructions
Step 1
Continue recording with the name of the organization if you noticed a mistake in time and have not yet made an appointment for a job, or there is enough space between the name and the reflection of the fact that the employee was hired. Indicate in the next line "The name is incorrect. You should read …", and then enter the correct full and abbreviated names of the organization.
Step 2
Do not cross out an entry if there are other entries after the name of the organization and there is no room for correction.
Step 3
Make a new invalidation record for the one that contains the wrong name. Assign a sequential number to it on the basis of the most recent record number plus one. Put the current date, and in the third column write the text "Entry No. (serial number of the entry containing the wrong name of the organization) is invalid".
Step 4
Make the following record with a serial number one more than the mark you just made about invalidating the record with the wrong organization name.
Step 5
Duplicate the entire job record containing the mistake in the name of the organization, but this time put the name correctly. At the same time, use the seal of your organization for verification, if an erroneous entry was made in it, or a supporting document provided by the employee, and the stamp affixed on it, if you had to correct mistakes made by your colleagues from another company.
