What is an irregular working day. In simple terms, this is a special or special mode of work established for a specific employee. There are situations when an employee is not always able to cope with his job duties during the so-called working hours. And this is not because he does not work well, this is just the specifics of his activities.

If a special working regime is established for an employee, the employer has the right to involve him in labor duties both after the end of the working day and before it begins.

To establish irregular working hours in the organization, specific positions can be selected, for example, driver, warehouse manager or chief accountant. The labor legislation of Russia establishes a category of citizens in respect of whom such a special mode of work cannot be established, these are minors, disabled people, workers in training, etc.

Employees with irregular working hours are provided with additional paid leave, the duration of which is set by the employer, but it must not be less than three days.
