Step 1

Step 3

It is possible to engage in work in excess of working hours no more than 4 hours in two days that follow each other and no more than 120 hours in one calendar year.

Step 4

Work initiated by the employee himself without the consent of the employer is not considered overworking and is not paid double.

Step 5

Employees who have irregular working hours specified in their employment contracts cannot claim payment for overtime hours. They are given cash incentives for a long working day.

Step 6

Overtime hours are put down in the accounting sheet with the total number of the main working hours. At the end of the billing period, everything is summed up, the time allocated according to the work schedule is taken away. The difference in the amounts is obtained by processing paid in double amount or by an additional day off.
