To do this, he should obtain consent from the director of the organization, who needs to formalize the dismissal by transfer, and another employer should accept an employee for the position without the right to establish a probationary period for him.

Step 1
An employee who wants to transfer to another employer for a similar position must write an application addressed to the director of the company. In this document, he needs to express his request for dismissal and transfer to another company. The employee should put a personal signature on the application, the date it was written. The document is sent to the director of the organization, who must consider it and, in case of consent, affix a resolution containing the date of dismissal, the signature of the head of the enterprise, and it may also contain an obligation to work, the decision on the establishment of which remains on the first person of the company.
Step 2
In order for the employer to make sure that another employer wants to hire this specialist, the director of the company must write a letter of inquiry. In it, he needs to express the fact that there is a vacant position in his organization, for which he plans to hire an employee. The letter should be certified with the seal of the company and signed by the head of the company, and sent to the employee's current place of work. Having received this document, the director of the company where the specialist is registered must write a letter of reply. Thus, an agreement will be concluded between the employers.
Step 3
If the employer does not agree with the dismissal of the employee and his transfer to another organization, he has no right to refuse the employee, which is enshrined in labor legislation.
Step 4
Draw up an order to dismiss this employee. In the administrative part, refer to article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, certify the document with the seal of the company. The director of the company has the right to sign the order. Familiarize yourself with the document of the employee who must sign and the date of acquaintance.
Step 5
Close the specialist's personal card, enter in his work book a record of dismissal by transfer, enter the name of the organization to which the employee is transferred. Certify the entry with the company seal. The right to sign has an employee responsible for accounting, keeping work books. Familiarize the employee with the signature. Give him cash on account.
Step 6
After receiving the work book, the employee writes an application for employment to a new employer. The head of the enterprise must issue an order for admission to the position by transfer. A personnel worker must conclude an employment contract with this employee, but without assigning a probationary period, a record of employment should be made in the work book by transfer from another employer, as well as a personal card, where the necessary data of the specialist about his labor, educational activities should be entered, marital status and other information.
