For some companies, organizational change is not uncommon. One of them is the transfer of an employee to another job. It can be carried out both at the initiative of the employee and by order of the manager. How do you accomplish this transformation?
First, it should be noted that transferring and moving an employee are two different things. In the first case, the employee is dismissed by transfer to another employer, in the second, the transfer is carried out within the framework of one organization.
If the transfer is carried out on the initiative of the employee, then at the new place of work he must take an invitation. It is drawn up in writing. The employee must start work no later than one month from the date of such a document.
After that, the employee needs to write a written agreement for the translation. You need to fill out this application to the address of the old employer, while be sure to indicate that the dismissal must be with a transfer. Here is an example text: “I ask to dismiss me from my position (indicate with which one) by transferring to a position (also indicate) in the organization (name)”.
Then the employer must, on the basis of the invitation letter and the employee's application, draw up an order to terminate the employment contract (form No. T-8), and the above documents are indicated in the basis, and in another line the wording “dismissed on his own initiative in connection with the transfer to LLC“East "Clause 5 of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation". Such a record should be written in the work book.
In the event that the transfer occurs on the initiative of the employer, he must send the employee in writing a request to transfer from one organization to another, this must be done two months before the dismissal. The second one must sign on this notification that he agrees. Further, the same procedure takes place as in the first case: an order is drawn up, an entry is made in the work book.
