Step 1

The head of the enterprise, where the employee is transferred, writes to the name of the first person of the company where he works, the letter of inquiry, in which he expresses his desire to hire this employee, indicates the date from which it is supposed to be accepted.

Step 2

The transfer of an employee must be coordinated with him and, in case of consent, the employee must write a letter of resignation in order to transfer to another organization. The head of the document indicates the name of the company, the surname, initials of the director of the company, as well as the surname, name, patronymic and position of the employee who wishes to transfer to another company. The application is signed by a specialist and the date of its writing is set.

Step 3

The current employer writes a confirmation letter about his consent to transfer these workers and sends it to the future employer.

Step 4

Draw up an order to terminate the employment contract with this employee. In the administrative part of the document, indicate the surname, name, patronymic of the specialist, the name of the position he holds. Give the document a number and date of issue. Certify the order with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director of the enterprise. Familiarize the employee with the document against signature.

Step 5

Close the employee's personal card and make the appropriate entry in the employee's work book. Indicate the date of dismissal, in the information about the job, enter the fact of dismissal in the order of transfer, referring to article 74 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The basis for the entry is the order of dismissal, write down its number and date. Certify the entry with the seal of the company and the signature of the person responsible for maintaining and storing work books. Check the employee's record against signature.

Step 6

The new employer recruits an employee upon his written application, in which the employee expresses his request to take him to a certain position, indicates the date from which the appointment should be made.

Step 7

The director issues an order for hiring, in which he indicates the surname, name, patronymic of the specialist, the position for which he was accepted. Give the document a number and date. Certify the order with the seal of the organization and the signature of the head of the enterprise.

Step 8

An employment contract is concluded with the employee, which spells out the rights and obligations of the parties. Moreover, a probationary period for hiring by transferring from another organization is not established. The specialist is accepted on a general basis. The contract is signed on the one hand by the employee accepted for the position, on the other - by the director of the enterprise, certified by the seal of the organization.

Step 9

The personnel worker puts in a personal card for the employee, indicates the necessary data in it. Then he makes a record of employment in the work book of a specialist. In the information about the job, he indicates the fact of hiring in the order of transfer, indicates the name of the enterprise from which the employee left and the name of the organization to which he was accepted. The basis for the entry is the order of employment. The number and date of its publication are entered in the corresponding column.
