The fire safety of the premises is not an easy question, which requires constant monitoring. Observing the necessary requirements, you can protect people in the room from danger, as well as save yourself from considerable fines received as a result of the next inspection by a fire control specialist.

Instructions

Step 1

Such inspections are supervised by employees of the OND department (department of supervisory activities) of the State Fire Inspection. During the next inspection, they may request the following documentation from the fire safety officer or building owner.

Step 2

In the list below, almost all papers are the main ones and you always need to have them on hand, especially since they usually do not warn about the check date in advance:

- certificate of ownership or lease of premises or buildings;

- a fire safety declaration filled out in accordance with the established form. You can download the form on the official website of the State Fire Inspection in the section "Fire Safety";

- documentary evidence confirming the fact of putting the facility into operation;

- design documentation drawn up before the start of construction of a building or other structure, as well as a technical passport for it;

- certificate of the fact that the object has been registered with the tax service;

- certificate of state registration of the owner (OGRN);

- officially certified and approved Articles of Association of the owner's company and its bank details;

- executive documents concerning the commissioning of fire protection systems (these include the following - installation of automatic fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems, notifications of the need for evacuation, installation of smoke protection and internal water supply for fire extinguishing needs);

- acts on the performance of any hidden work, certificates for installed fire extinguishing and warning systems, as well as for the compliance of all materials with safety standards;

- copy of the license of the company that carried out all the installation work;

- original contract with a specialized company, licensed to maintain all systems;

- papers confirming the fact of compliance with the standards of the state of fire retardant structures;

- certified technical report of equipment inspection and testing;

- all possible documents on the distribution of powers and responsibilities (orders, powers of attorney and instructions) among the persons providing control over the fire safety of the facility;

- information on the organization's personnel training in all relevant standards;

- copies of all previous state supervision inspections;

- documents on FES and photoluminescent plans for evacuation routes.

Step 3

As mentioned above, it is better to have all of them with you, otherwise the inspector may "find fault" not only in words, but even draw up an act on the existing violations.
