Step 1

It could also be a human resources office or a wall next to the washroom. If the building has several floors, be sure to make a fire safety corner on each. Or just hang up an evacuation plan and install a panic button.
Step 2
Come up with a name for your stand. This could be the standard Fire Safety Corner or the eye-catching Attention! Fire!" and "Caution, fire!"
Step 3
Take a board with a soft surface and pin the escape plan in the center of it. Place tips on the sides of it on how to behave in the event of a fire or when a fire is detected. Your best bet is to buy matching posters from bookstores. Choose those that clearly show what to do with a fire extinguisher, how to protect yourself from carbon monoxide, how to behave before the arrival of the Ministry of Emergencies. If a disaster suddenly occurs and a fire starts, there will be no time to read the text, but the drawings will help employees quickly navigate.
Step 4
In addition to posters explaining fire behavior, include warning images on the stand. Remind employees that household appliances such as kettles and water heaters cannot be used in the offices. Do not plug in household appliances that are not suitable for voltage. Do not make adapters from scrap materials for unsuitable plugs, etc. Most often, the cause of a fire is precisely the human factor, and your task is to convey this to all employees.
Step 5
Place a fire extinguisher and panic button next to the stand. Be sure to check the expiration date of the fire extinguisher. Remember that it needs to be changed from time to time, otherwise it will fail in a difficult situation.
