His participation guarantees that the documents can go through the registration procedure from the first time at the Office of the Federal Registration Service, where all real estate transactions are recorded.
You will need to provide a civil passport and a certificate of registration with the tax office (TIN), documents that confirm the right to real estate. In addition, you will need to provide all those documents that are necessary for ordinary transactions with the purchase or sale of real estate: a certificate from the BTI or an extract from the house book, a certificate of the assessed value of the property. The list of required documents may be different for each specific case and some of them will need to be notarized.
In the event that minors live in the apartment, which is issued as a gift, then certificates from the guardianship and guardianship authorities will be required. They are also necessary if the donation is issued to a minor. Sometimes it is required to provide a written consent of the second spouse, certified by a notary, for such registration.
If land plots are indicated in the donation, then a certificate of their legal status and a normative assessment of their value will be required. Among other things, you must prove that you have no tax arrears.
