All social benefits are paid based on the total length of service, which is calculated for all entries in the work book. Previously, payments were made based on the employee's insurance record. Total seniority can be calculated in two ways - using a computer program or a full calculation by hand.
Instructions
Step 1
When calculating the total length of service under the program, you need to enter all the data for all periods of work at each enterprise. The result of the experience is calculated in years, months and days.
Step 2
If you are counting manually, enter in the column all work periods in each site. For each enterprise in which the employee worked, make a separate calculation by subtracting the hiring date from the date of dismissal. Add the resulting numbers. A full year of experience is calculated based on 12 months, a full month - from 30 days.
Step 3
The exact amount of years, months and days of total length of service must be entered in the documents for the payment of social benefits, regardless of whether it exceeds 8 years or not.
Step 4
With an experience of 8 years or more, payments for social benefits amount to 100% of the average earnings for 24 months, from 5 to 8 years - 80%, up to 5 years - 60%.
Step 5
The amount of average earnings is calculated based on all the funds received from which insurance premiums were paid. The total amount for 24 months must be divided by 730. The resulting figure will be the average daily earnings, based on this amount, the calculation of the allowance is made, depending on the length of service of the employee.
