Step 2
List the questions that the report should answer. Imagine a potential reader of your report. Imagine in what form it would be convenient for you to view the report in its place. Answer the question: “What interests the reader? What does he not know and would like to find out?"

Lay out the structure of your report. Pay special attention to the logic of the presentation. The reader should not have a question "What is this section for?"
