An increase in the employee's salary is drawn up on the basis of an additional agreement to the employment contract after preliminary approval of the changes with the head of the enterprise. It is this that is decisive. But in some organizations, for the execution of such an agreement, they require a written resolution of the head on a personal statement of the employee.
Instructions
Step 1
Start by taking as a sample a simple statement to the manager's name, drawn up in accordance with the rules of business. You will have to correct it somewhat by changing the topic, since there simply does not exist a developed and approved form for an application for a wage increase. It is perfectly acceptable to draw up such a document in simple writing.
Step 2
Fill in the upper right part of the sheet with the details of the addressee and the applicant. Write "Director" and the name of the company. Then enter the last name, first name and patronymic of the manager in the "to whom" format. In the "from" section, provide your own surname, initials, position held and structural unit of the enterprise in which you work.
Step 3
Place the title of the document "Application" in the center. Now proceed to the formulation of the actual appeal to the head, starting with the word "Please". Next, state your salary expectations, previously agreed with the management, indicating a specific amount that will be reflected in the new staffing table. Also indicate the date of the upcoming changes in wages. Finally, sign, decipher the signature and date the document.
Step 4
Take the drawn up statement for signature to the head or pass it through the secretary. Do not forget to pre-register it as an incoming document in accordance with the rules of office management adopted at the enterprise.
