Provide justification in both the side agreement and the order. Submit to the accounting department a notice of payroll at the new rates.

Step 5

If you raise your salary in connection with a document for advanced training, graduation from a higher educational institution or because of the vast experience accumulated at your workplace, then you must notify the employee about this two months before the fact of the promotion.

Step 6

Draw up a supplementary agreement to the current employment contract, indicate the justification for the increase in wages and all clauses of the main contract that should be considered invalid due to the changes that have occurred.

Step 7

Issue an order in which you also justify the increase and indicate the date from which the pay increase should be increased.

Step 8

Submit a notification to the accounting department for calculating salaries at the new rates.

Step 9

Another justification for increasing salaries can be the imposition of additional duties on the employee. Execute these changes in accordance with the indicated method. The only difference with this increase is that it can be temporary. As soon as you cancel the additional functions performed by the employee, you can also cancel the increased salary, but at the same time, immediately indicate in the supplementary agreement and order the deadlines for performing additional duties and the deadlines for raising the salary.
