Instructions

Step 1

A work certificate may also be requested by state authorities, local authorities or third-party organizations that need confirmation of this fact, for example, credit organizations or the traffic police. You must write a certificate of work on the letterhead of the organization, where all the details of your company are indicated. In the upper right corner, under the heading of the form, put down the certificate number and its date.

Step 2

This document is required to confirm the following facts: actual place of work, position or profession, length of service, salary. Therefore, in the application, the employee must indicate what information he needs to reflect in the certificate. The purpose for which he needed it, he is not obliged to indicate.

Step 3

After the name of the document - "Help" - in the middle of the line write in whose name it was issued. In this case, the surname, name and patronymic must be written in full.

Step 4

Step back and write the main text of the help from the red line. It must begin with the word "Dana", after which indicate the surname and initials of the employee. Then follows the standard clerical turn "that he really works at such and such an enterprise, in such and such a position," and indicate the length of service, from what year he has been listed in the enterprise.

Step 5

Indicate the information that was requested, and in the last paragraph write to which organization this document is submitted. It should be signed by the head of the company and the chief accountant. The head of the personnel department must also endorse it. After the signature is delivered, you need to put the stamp of the company on the certificate and give it to the employee or send it to the authorities that made the request.
