  • - cadastral passport and extract from it
  • - receipt of payment of state duty

Instructions

Step 1

To register a land plot, you will need to obtain a cadastral passport and an extract from it. To issue a cadastral passport, you need to invite a land management organization to carry out technical work on the site. After receiving technical documents from representatives of the land organization, a procedure for their registration with Rosnedvizhimost is required. On the basis of the submitted documents, a cadastral passport is drawn up and an extract from it is issued. With the received documents, you should contact the registration center and obtain a certificate of ownership of the land.

Step 2

To register ownership of the house, you will also need an extract from the cadastral passport of the building. If you have a passport for the house, but the data is outdated, you must write a statement to the BTI and call a technical officer to inspect the buildings and draw up a new plan and technical documents. If there is no cadastral passport, then on the basis of an inspection of the buildings, the technical officer of the BTI department will make it according to all the rules. The data of the cadastral passport are valid for 5 years from the date of receipt. After the specified period, in order to receive an extract from the cadastral passport, the documents must be updated each time by inviting a BTI technical officer.

The received documents should be registered at the registration center and a certificate of ownership should be obtained. The house and the land plot must be formalized at the same time, since the land plot is an integral part of the structure.

Step 3

To register the ownership of an apartment located in a multi-storey building, you will need a cadastral passport and an extract from it. All documents are valid for 5 years after receipt or renewal. As in the case of a private house, you must contact the BTI. After inspection of the apartment by a BTI technical officer, a cadastral passport and an extract from it are prepared. The documents received must be registered with the state registration center and a certificate of ownership of the apartment must be obtained.
