A certificate of ownership of an apartment is an important document on the basis of which registration is carried out at the place of residence and stay in your home, various transactions with it and other significant actions. To obtain it, you must contact the territorial division of Rosreestr.
It is necessary
- - a simple copy of the passport (personal data and place of residence);
- - completed application of the established form;
- - documents confirming the ownership of housing (contract of purchase and sale, donation, exchange, court decision, certificate of acceptance and transfer of an apartment or other);
- - receipt of payment of state duty.
Collect a package of required documents. A purchase and sale agreement or another agreement between individuals must be notarized. All papers, drawn up in simple writing, must be provided with two originals (one remains in the archive) plus a copy. Make copies of other documents as well, but you will also need their originals.
You can download the application form on the Rosreestr website or get it from its territorial division. Filling is allowed on a computer with output to a printer, a typewriter or by hand.
If you are going to send documents by mail, you will need to certify the signature under the application by a notary.

Take the documents to Rosreestr at office hours or send them by mail with a valuable letter with a list of attachments and a receipt acknowledgment.
If everything is in order with them, you will receive a certificate in due time.
