Instructions
Step 1
To register ownership of a house or apartment, you need an extract from the cadastral passport. It is issued at the BTI. If your cadastral passport and technical documents for the house were drawn up, but 5 years have passed, then all documents need to be updated. To do this, apply to the BTI to call a technical officer. After examining the house and outbuildings or an apartment, you will be drawn up an updated technical plan and given an extract based on new documents.
Step 2
If you want to obtain a certificate of ownership of a house, you must immediately obtain a certificate of ownership of the land plot. With a cadastral passport, you do not need to do anything else. The certificate will be issued on the basis of a cadastral passport. If you do not have it, then you need to do it. Without it, a certificate of registration, since the land is an integral part of the house.
Step 3
In order to obtain a cadastral passport, it is necessary to call the surveyors from the land management organization. They will carry out technical work on the land plot and prepare technical documents for your site, based on the work done. They need to be registered at the registration center for the cadastre and cartography, that is, at Rosnedvizhimost. After your site is registered and assigned a cadastral number, you will receive a cadastral passport.
Step 4
A certificate of ownership of an apartment is drawn up and issued on the basis of an extract from the cadastral passport of the apartment and documents of title to it.
Step 5
A certificate of ownership of a house and a land plot is issued on the basis of an extract from the cadastral passport of the house and a cadastral passport for the land plot.
Step 6
To obtain these certificates, it is necessary for all future owners to contact the registration center with identity documents and write a statement of their desire to register property rights. All persons indicated in the documents of title are entered into the certificate of ownership.
