Instructions

Step 1

Unified form No. T-1 is filled out only after the applicant, against signature, familiarizes himself with the job description and internal regulations at the enterprise, as well as those local acts that will regulate his labor activity. Also familiarize him with the collective agreement.

Step 2

Enter into an employment contract with the employee and, if necessary, an agreement on full liability. Draw up an employment contract in duplicate and sign it with the employer and the hired employee. Only after the employment contract is registered in the manner prescribed by the employer and handed over to the employee against signature, an order (order) is drawn up and issued on his employment.

Step 3

The basis for this order is the conclusion of an employment contract, therefore, when filling out the unified form No. T-1, check that its content in all points corresponds to the content of the concluded employment contract.

Step 4

Check that all the necessary package of documents is available: identity card, work book, certificate of the Pension Insurance Fund, for those liable for military service - a military ID. In the event that for an employee this job is the first or he is registered for a part-time job, the work book may be absent.

Step 5

In the cases provided for by law, to perform certain types of work, you can request an additional health certificate from the employee, as well as other documents that may be required to pay benefits or compensations.

Step 6

Fill in the fields of the order for employment in accordance with the employment contract, indicating the nature of the work and the conditions of admission. In the information that reflects the nature of the job, indicate whether it is a part-time job, a transfer from another organization, a replacement for a temporarily absent employee, or the performance of a certain type of work. If necessary, put down the probationary period agreed with the employer.

Step 7

Sign the order with the head of the organization and the new employee. Don't forget to congratulate him on his new job.
