How to register a company in Russia Any novice entrepreneur is faced with the need to properly legalize their activities. There are a fairly large number of types of legal entities, the rules for their registration are detailed in the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Step 1
If your activity is aimed at making a profit, then you need to register a commercial organization. Very often, novice businessmen formalize a legal entity, which is not always required. It is much easier for starting a small business, to obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur (IE). In this case, you will save time and effort, you will not need to hire an accountant, have authorized capital, and you will be able to apply a simplified system of accounting and tax reporting.
Step 2
If it is necessary to formalize a legal entity, you need to decide on the organizational and legal form of the company being created. In most cases, it is more convenient to register a Limited Liability Company (LLC). To do this, you need to go through the registration procedure with the territorial tax office. Where you need to submit the following documents: an application (form R-110001), a decision to establish an LLC, two copies of the Charter, an act on the transfer of property to the authorized capital of the enterprise, an application for an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and a certified copy of the Charter, a receipt for payment of the state duty. The collected documents must be certified by a notary by signing them in his presence. The notary is obliged to provide you with certified documents in a filed form.
Step 3
After that, you can submit documents for registration with the tax office. After 5 working days, the registering authority will issue you: a certificate of state registration of a legal entity, a certificate of registration of a legal entity with a tax authority, an information letter from Rosstat, a notice of the possibility of applying a simplified taxation system.
Step 4
In Russia, certain types of activities are required to be licensed. In such cases, you will need to obtain the necessary license from an authorized government agency. Any licensed activity in the Russian Federation carried out without a license is illegal. In this case, even if you have a registered company according to all the rules, you will not be able to legally conduct business.
