Every year thousands of universities in the country graduate specialists of different levels of training. However, not always and not everyone succeeds in finding a successful job in Russia. What if you build a successful career where you were born, after years it did not work out.
Instructions
Step 1
Today more and more of our compatriots can be found in the embassies of different countries of the near and far abroad. Some try to find happiness and realize their career ambitions in America, others decide to leave for Australia, many stop in Europe. However, wherever you go in search of good jobs, it is best to set the stage before you find yourself in a foreign country without the support of family and friends.
Step 2
First of all, you should familiarize yourself with the labor market in the host country in some detail. The high level of unemployment forces the employer to accept "friends" and thereby increases competition among immigrants. However, countries experiencing a shortage of personnel in a particular area quite often make concessions, simplifying the procedure for obtaining a visa, finding housing and issuing related documentation.
Step 3
It is also not worth mentioning that you only need to choose the country in which you speak the language you need to choose for life and work (otherwise, the choice of profession and the percentage of successful settlement for you is sharply reduced). Check out the immigrant programs on the official government websites. Forums will also help: here they will tell you which algorithm to follow, how to maximize the chances of signing a contract and getting a visa.
Step 4
You can also find a job abroad using the Internet. If you managed to post your resume on the website of the prospective employer and receive an invitation, consider the issue resolved. Now it's just a little: buying tickets, collecting the necessary contacts (phone numbers and addresses of Russian embassies, friends and acquaintances abroad, immigration services and real estate agencies), papers from the embassy, bank statements and other documents confirming your solvency in the country of departure.
Step 5
It is very important to get a job officially (this will help avoid problems with migration services, will become the basis for obtaining a residence permit). If you managed to get the employer interested, he will do most of the "paper" work for you. But be careful: when signing a contract, pay attention to the little things and ask as many questions as possible. Specify how many vacation days you are entitled to per year, what is the system of sick leave, time off and days off. This should be clarified as soon as you arrive for the interview and are able to familiarize yourself with the system.
