Instructions

Step 1

Take the magazine. You can purchase a ready-made version at the printing house or make it from a notebook or sketchbook. Divide the spread into 10 columns. Write in them the dates, indicate the personal data of the instructed, his profession, type of instruction (it can be primary, repeated, unscheduled, target), instruction number, reasons for conducting, if it is repeated, your details, information about the internship and sign.

Step 2

Determine who will be responsible and responsible for the on-the-job briefing. Timely organization and training will be needed, as well as knowledge testing in general, which is entrusted to the head, and in structural units (workshop, site, laboratory, workshop) - to the head of the unit. The leader is instructed first, then the rest.

Step 3

Develop and approve an initial briefing program. The specific content of the program depends on the specifics of the profession or type of work. For the fire inspection, the instruction will be different than for the labor one.

Step 4

Designate individuals to receive initial briefing. As a rule, these are newly hired workers, persons performing temporary work, business travelers, builders engaged in construction and installation activities on the territory of an existing enterprise, students and pupils who arrived for industrial training or practice. Persons not associated with the maintenance, adjustment, testing and repair of equipment, the use of tools, storage and use of raw materials and materials may not be instructed. In this case, it is necessary to issue an appropriate order.

Step 5

Write your initial briefing text. Refer to the standard OSH instructions and OSH regulations. Apply video tutorials.

Step 6

Show the full text of the briefing to the worker. You can read it yourself, give it to listen to the audio recording, show the video. Conduct a survey, which can be oral, using technical training aids. Make an appropriate entry in the introductory briefing log with the obligatory signature of yours and the instructed. Create and enter an entry in your personal card about the completion of training (if necessary).

Step 7

Take notes carefully, avoid corrections, use the same ink. Lace the pages of the magazine, number, glue the rest of the cord to the last page with a piece of paper on which write down the number of pages. Seal and sign everything. Register the journal, give it an inventory number. Hand over the completely completed journal to the person in charge and receive a new one in return. The document has a shelf life of 45 years.
