A receipt is an agreement confirming the transfer and receipt of money, material values, documents, etc. from an institution or a private person. Nowadays, receipts are drawn up quite often, so you should know the order of their writing.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine the degree of formality of the receipt. The receipt can be private or official and contain certain details. Regardless of the type of document, at the top of the sheet indicate its name with a capital letter. Next comes the text of the statement itself, under which the date and signature are indicated. If necessary, a certificate is attached to the receipt.
Step 2
Start writing a private receipt. In the upper right part of the sheet, indicate the last name, first name, patronymic (in full) of the person who gives the receipt and confirms its receipt (if necessary, indicate the name of the document confirming the identity of the recipient and its output data). Below write the last name, first name, patronymic of the person to whom this receipt is given (if necessary, the name of the document confirming the recipient's identity and its output data are also indicated here).
Step 3
Write the title of the document below in the center of the sheet. From the red line, indicate what specific data (name, quantity, condition, period, etc.) material values or other things you are going to transfer. Quantity, cost are indicated in numbers, after which their verbal name is put in brackets.
Step 4
Leave space at the bottom of the sheet and sign the document on behalf of the person who issues the receipt. If necessary, the signature is certified by an official representative of the institution at the place of work, residence, or by a notary office.
Step 5
Write a service receipt if you need one. Indicate the full names of the positions of the responsible persons, the names of the institutions they represent. Write on the basis of which administrative document material or monetary values are transferred and received. Otherwise, the process of writing a document does not differ from a private receipt.
