Instructions
Step 1
After an oral agreement on employment is reached with the candidate and the issue is resolved, when he starts his duties, he needs to write applications.
The form of this document is standard. It is written in the name of the head of the organization indicating the position, name of the enterprise, surname and initials of the first person and the surname, name and patronymic of the employee in full.
All of this information is listed at the top of the statement, called the "header".
In the substantive part of the application, there is a request for employment with an indication of the position and, if this is important and is reflected in the employment contract, the division of the organization.
Step 2
Each employee must also conclude an employment contract. A typical sample can be found on the Internet and in specialist literature on HR administration. It is not forbidden to revise it, taking into account the needs of the employer. Just do not forget that this document should not infringe on the rights of the employee, prescribed in the Labor Code. If there are such provisions in the text, the employee can easily prove his case in court.
The contract may contain information about the work schedule, the obligations of the employee and the employer, social guarantees, etc. If necessary, individual documents, for example, job descriptions or a list of duties, can be drawn up as annexes to it, considered an integral part of it.
Step 3
The size of the salary and other essential conditions of remuneration are also prescribed.
The contract must reflect the important data of the employee: last name, first name and patronymic, passport data, TIN, pension insurance certificate number, registration address and in the presence of temporary registration or actual residence, when paying by transfer to a card - bank details.
These data are usually entered by hand by the employee himself. The contract must be drawn up in two copies, one for each party, both signed by the employee and the employer's representative and sealed by the organization.
Step 4
The next stage is the issuance of an order for the recruitment of a newcomer to work. It must have a number and release date and contain the full surname, name and patronymic of the enrolled employee, the position and, if necessary (if specified in the employment contract), the unit, as well as the date from which the employee is enrolled in the staff.
The document is certified by the signature of the head of the organization or the person in charge and by her seal.
Step 5
After the release of the order, a record of employment is entered into the employee's work book.
The full and, if available, abbreviated name of the organization is indicated as the heading in the third column. Below the record, the next serial number is assigned (following the most recent one), the date is entered in the required fields. In the third column, it is written "Hired …", the position is indicated and, if it appears in the employment contract, the structural unit of the organization. In the fourth column, the name (order or otherwise, can be abbreviated) and the number and date of the release of the order or other order for employment are entered.
