The social card contains three groups of applications.

In addition to social and identification components, depending on the region, the card may contain data on the provision of subsidized medicines or transport applications.
The area of application of social cards is quite large. A bank account is attached to this document, to which cash payments, pensions or subsidies are accrued. With the help of this card, you can use medical care in medical institutions that serve the population under the compulsory health insurance system. The card allows you to get a social discount in organizations that serve beneficiaries under this system, for example, pharmacies. This card provides free travel on municipal public transport.
Social cards were created in order to improve the quality of service for the relevant category of people, as well as to increase the efficiency of spending budget funds.
