Necessary

  • - passport of Ukraine,
  • - employment history,
  • - certificate of salary for 5 consecutive years,
  • - documents on education,
  • - information about children, including adults,
  • - information about dependents,
  • - data on state titles and awards,
  • - data on the presence of disability.

Instructions

Step 1

In order to receive a pension upon reaching a certain age, thirty days before its onset, the entire list of necessary papers must be submitted to a special state body - the Pension Fund.

Step 2

The task of preparing all the necessary documentation for registering a pension falls on the organization in which the future pensioner is currently employed. If the pensioner does not work during this period, such a duty goes directly to the branch of the Pension Fund at the place of registration of the applicant. However, the responsibilities of the organization in which the person is employed and will soon receive a pension are more uncertain.

Step 3

It is with this in mind that the task of collecting all the necessary package of documents falls on the future pensioner. There are nine documents in total. First of all, an application for calculating a pension should be submitted to the branch of the Pension Fund. A photocopy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine and his identification code must be attached to this application. If the future pensioner has children, their birth certificates must also be provided. After that, the turn comes to the documents confirming the applicant's work experience. This, of course, is a work book. However, in some situations, you may need a university graduation diploma.

Step 4

In the event that a person applying for a pension worked until January 1, 2000, he will also need a certificate of his income. That is, about the salary that he received before that date and in what place.

Step 5

It may happen that the organization in which the future pensioner worked turns out to be reorganized. Then, in this case, a certificate must be issued to him by the assignee. If the company is completely liquidated, then for a certificate of income you need to contact the state archival organization. Since the beginning of January 2000, a personalized accounting program has already been launched, according to which the Pension Fund takes an extract of data from its sources for a certain period.

Step 6

In order to receive allowances to your pension, you should not forget about the certificate of a participant in the Great Patriotic War, which must be provided with a package of documents. If the applicant is disabled, a medical certificate will be required from him confirming his disability. In addition, documents are needed that testify to the recognition of the future pensioner as a war veteran, as well as to his labor services to the Motherland.
