Qualification requirements

In serious companies that strictly adhere to production standards, the requirements for applicants for the position of a VET engineer are quite high. This place should be occupied by a specialist with specialized higher education and experience in this specialty for at least 3-5 years. These high requirements are not a whim of the employer, they are due to the responsibility that is assigned to this specialist.

Often not only the safety of production processes depends on it, but also the safety of those consumers who purchase goods and equipment produced by this company. This is especially important in such an area as construction, where adherence to technology is a guarantee of the reliability, safety and durability of the facilities being built. Therefore, it is important that the VET engineer knows all the subtleties of the technological processes of this production and is able to ensure their accurate and scrupulous implementation, because the quality of the products depends primarily on this. The ability to understand project documentation, assess its compliance with the requirements of norms and standards, knowledge of these norms and standards, as well as methodological and instructive industry documents are also necessary to become a VET engineer.
